Terms Of Use

These Terms of Use will be valid for all business relationships between the users and binarypeople GbR (hereafter, »binarypeople«) for the provision of the binary Leaf App and binary Leaf printer hereafter »binary Leaf«. The supplemental short descriptions of the individual provisions serve only for better comprehensibility and are not the binding object of these terms of use. Any deviating terms and conditions of the user will not be valid unless they have been expressly approved in writing or text form by binarypeople. By no later than when either binary Leaf is installed on your mobile device or is installed on your computer, the user must acknowledge the validity of these Terms of Use.

Neither we nor our products collect, process or analyze any personal data of yours. Your data are your data. Period.
To achieve the goal of a zero configuration approach, the binary Leaf App broadcasts several device information through your Wi-Fi network so that it can be automatically recognized by its counterpart binary Leaf printer installed on your desktop computer. These information contain the device's type and name, its local IP address, its free disk space and as well, the kind and version of the mobile operating system. Please be aware that everyone who's connected to the same Wi-Fi network could possibly read along these information.

1. Through binary Leaf, binarypeople is offering you the possibility to put documents and information on your mobile device by simply printing them.
2. binary Leaf works between your Windows desktop computer and your mobile device (iOS & Android). For this you need a Wi-Fi network that is available for your desktop computer and your mobile device and both are connected to it.
3. binary Leaf consists of two parts: Firstly the binary Leaf App for your mobile device. Secondly, the binary Leaf printer that enables your Windows desktop computer to print on your mobile device that has the binary Leaf App installed.
4. binarypeople reserves the right to expand and improve binary Leaf at any time. No claim exists to the offering of additional functionalities for the services described in Paragraph 1.

You are allowed to use binary Leaf for any purposes you want with the restriction that you are only allowed to use the binary Leaf printer in combination with our binary Leaf Apps.

binary Leaf is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall we or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with binary Leaf or the use or other dealings with this product.

1. binarypeople reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use in order to, for example, make adjustments as the result of changes in legal directives or to introduce new services or functionalities.
2. The user will not be notified by e-mail of changes that are made to the Terms of Use. The changes will become effective in the moment of publication.

If provisions of these Terms Of Use should be or become invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
